4 x 6 incline push ups on bar
3 x 5 tucked planche push ups
4 x 12 shoulder shrugs (Upside down)
Monday
4 x 5 handstand push ups
4 x 5 assisted planche push ups
4 x 10 sec tucked planche hold
Sunday
4 x 5 handstand push ups
4 x 5 assisted planche push ups
4 x 10 sec tucked planche hold
I'll take new goal : Straddle planche!
It is very difficult skill to obtain so it will take a while when i am able to do it! :P
