Straddle Planche

4 x 6 incline push ups (legs against wall)
4 x 6 incline push ups on bar
3 x 5 tucked planche push ups
4 x 12 shoulder shrugs (Upside down)

Monday
4 x 5 handstand push ups
4 x 5 assisted planche push ups
4 x 10 sec tucked planche hold

Sunday
4 x 5 handstand push ups
4 x 5 assisted planche push ups
4 x 10 sec tucked planche hold





I'll take new goal : Straddle planche!
It is very difficult skill to obtain so it will take a while when i am able to do it! :P

4 x 5 Parallel Grip Chin-ups
1 x 3 assisted one arm chin up

OAC - One arm chin up

"The one arm chin-up and one arm pull-up are difficult skills to obtain. Depending on your starting strength, it may take you 6 months to several years to get the skills."

My goal is to do OAC with in 4 weeks! Soon i'll start uploading my training progress...
